These terms apply when you buy from or use sayittoday.co.uk (“Say It Today”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. What we sell
Digital products only: printable greeting cards, gift tags, planners, activity packs, invitation templates, clipart and the Premium E-cards service. Files are supplied as PDF, PNG, SVG or JPG downloads. No physical item is posted.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose. Automatic multi-buy discounts (for example 3 cards for £6) are applied in the cart; they cannot be combined with other automatic discounts.
3. Delivery
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. See our delivery page.
4. Cancellations and refunds
See our refund policy. In short: digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, but faulty or mis-described files will always be fixed, replaced or refunded.
5. Licence: what you may do with your download
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print the files as many times as you like for yourself, your family and friends, and your own events. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or use the files commercially, or claim them as your own. Where a product states that it includes a commercial licence (for example our Christmas watercolour clipart), the terms on that product page apply instead.
6. Free e-cards
The free e-card tool is provided as-is for personal use. Your message is carried in the link you share and is not stored by us. Do not use e-cards to send abusive, unlawful or infringing content.
7. Football banter cards
Our football banter cards are unofficial fan humour. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any club, league or governing body, and no club badges, crests or logos are used.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, wording, designs and site content are owned by Say It Today or its licensors and protected by copyright. Buying a download does not transfer ownership of the design.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for print quality where the fault lies with a printer, paper or settings outside our control. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there).
